Spinach Misi Roti

Instruction

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.

  2. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.

  3. Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.

  4. Serve hot.

Ingredients

100 gm whole wheat flour
100gms besan (bengal gram flour)
50 gms chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)

1 big onion chopped
salt to taste
